Personal use
Photo Organizer is provided for private photo-organisation use. The user must connect only accounts and photo libraries they own or are authorised to manage.
User responsibility and approval
The user remains responsible for:
- Reviewing Lightroom folder selections and the exact staged files before upload.
- Choosing the destination album name.
- Confirming that editing and export work is complete.
- Maintaining backups of Lightroom catalogues, original photographs and exported files.
- Confirming the result in Google Photos before deleting any local material.
Photo Organizer’s direct upload workflow does not delete Lightroom originals or staged exports.
Google Photos functionality
Google Photos operations depend on Google’s services, APIs, account permissions, quotas and policies. Availability or behavior may change outside Photo Organizer’s control. Interrupted uploads may be resumed using locally stored checkpoints, but successful completion cannot be guaranteed during network or third-party service failures.
No backup guarantee
Photo Organizer is an organisation and workflow tool, not a substitute for a tested backup system. Users should maintain independent backups before removing any local photographs or catalogues.
Acceptable use
The user must not use Photo Organizer to access another person’s account without permission, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violate applicable law or Google’s terms and policies.
Disclaimer
Photo Organizer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free matching or permanent availability of third-party integrations, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of Photo Organizer, third-party service interruptions, inaccurate metadata, mistaken user approval or failure to maintain suitable backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application evolves. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
